Enthusiasm for PD Active Virtual Events and Classes Continues

The inaugural online Forum held July 11 featuring Kaiser Neurologist Dr. Diviya Kaul presenting on “Medications in Parkinson’s Disease” drew a large audience of engaged participants.  Attendance at virtual classes is robust.  Your support has prompted us to develop additional online offerings; including more classes (see article below) and a new series, PD Active Round Table.

The online Round Table is a small group gathering to share information about a specific topic of interest to those affected by Parkinson’s. Round Table information exchanges of about 25 participants will feature presenters who have experience and expertise.  The subject for the first Round Table scheduled for August 18 will be DBS (see article below).
While we await the time when it is safe to convene in person, we welcome your comments about PD Active’s online offerings.  More than ever, we appreciate and need your continued financial support.
