Garden Walk 2023 is just days away!

You're invited to join us on Saturday, June 24.

Bring a friend. Spend some time relaxing and finding ideas to try in your home landscape. Capture ideas like pleasing plant combinations in ground or in containers, new or unusual trees or shrubs to add to the "bones" of your garden and how to solve water problems. Each garden description features our 1-2-3 education points. Each point matches a numbered stake in the garden highlighting a special attraction in that landscape.

Where to Buy Tickets

Pre-sale tickets are digital. That means you may purchase yours online at Eventbrite. All tickets are $10 and children under 12 are free. Your Eventbite purchase automatically enters your name in drawings for valuable prizes donated by our sponsors. Prize winners' names will be drawn on Friday evening, the night before the Walk. Please be sure to purchase your ticket by 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, to be included in each of these drawings.

Tickets are on sale now at PCGardenWalk2023@eventbrite.com

Tickets may also be purchased on Walk day from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Cooks Corners Elementary School, 358 Bullseye Lake Road in Valparaiso. All tickets are $10 and children under 12 are free.

If you have questions about purchasing tickets, please email us here, or call or text us at 219-508-3433.

This year we're showcasing seven outstanding gardens!

Five are in and around Valparaiso; two are in Chesterton/Porter. One garden marries feeding local pollinators, adding food and herbal delights to the human table and the look of floral brilliance. Another contains many unusual plants layered to add vertical interest to the landscape views. A third features many beds leading down to the family swimming pool.

For contrast, one gardener has fashioned a magical mixture of color, texture, size and season to create an endless palette of beauty. Another demonstrates how to build a landscape on family memories and shared plants. Both are sources of inspiring ideas to consider for your own landscape design. Click here for a sneak peek at this year's gardens.
You may wish to wear sturdy shoes, sunscreen and a hat. Cameras are permitted. Pets are not allowed. The Walk will take place rain or shine. Individual Gardens may not be stroller or handicapped accessible.

Until we have the joy of welcoming you to Garden Walk 2023 on Saturday, June 24, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, we wish you good health, encourage you to stay well and, most of all, to cherish some extra time in your garden!
