Library in The Spot Light! | |
|
First conceived back in 1955 when local citizens discovered Library Extension had books to loan, the Maricopa Library & Cultural Center was volunteer-led for nearly five decades. MLCC matured along with the city of Maricopa, opening a state-of-the-art building in 2021.
The new Maricopa Library and Cultural Center offers material checkouts, computer usage, print/copy services, notarization, reference services, and programs galore led by a hardworking team of dedicated library professionals.
MLCC fulfills a critical need for gathering spaces within the city, nearly half of the Library/Cultural Center is carved out for meeting rooms for community groups, clubs, and quiet study. Rooms can be reserved online or by contracting the library.
There is something for every member of the family at the Maricopa Library and Cultural Center!
