Last December, we were happy to host PCA here at LN Engineering. We opened our doors to their cameras so that everyone can see behind the scenes what goes on at LN Engineering on a daily basis. For those of you who haven’t heard of JPS Aircooled, Pit and Karin Schweiger follow after our own heart, manufacturing many billet parts for Porsche 356 and 912 engines in Switzerland. They are well known for their billet cylinder heads and most recently, they added a billet aluminum crankshaft pulley with billet bolt as well as a billet aluminum full flow oil filter kit. We proudly offer and stock JPS Aircooled products for our customers for immediate delivery.

Noonan Ultimate Race Engineering now offers the world's first billet all aluminum Porsche 911 engine case, bringing a new level of strength and rigidity to extend engine life for endurance road racing applications or to build the ultimate performance street engine.

CNC machined in the USA from 6061 aluminum (USA sourced), Noonan's billet Porsche 911 engine case is a direct replacement for the original factory die cast 964/993 engine case used on 1989-1998 Porsche 964 and 993 models with 3.6 and 3.8 liter engines. Case features standard deck and 109mm case registers with o-rings for improved cylinder sealing. LN Engineering will be stocking Noonan engine cases for immediate delivery.  

For years we’ve been making up custom pistons to use with stroker 80.4mm cranks which is a very popular combination for our European customers.

We have now partnered with Mahle Motorsport for our newest MM+Nickies Porsche piston and cylinder set. Featuring our billet aluminum Nickies cylinders, this 104mm P&C set includes custom Mahle Motorsport pistons set up for Porsche’s GT3 RS 4.0 80.4mm crankshaft and our custom Pauter 130mm connecting rods, yielding 4.1 liters of displacement for your 964 or 993. Now in stock for immediate delivery.

Flat 6 Innovation’s latest development is Jake Raby’s carbon fiber air box for Porsche 911 997 models. Based on the factory X51 air box, Flat 6 Innovation’s is 100% made in the USA using real carbon fiber.



It is manufactured using hand laid carbon fiber which is finished with an auto body grade clear-coat. Many of the components used have been manufactured using the latest additive manufacturing technologies including new rubber bellows which we've made up since they are no longer available from Porsche.
