Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we quickly approach the ending of the 3rd quarter and one week away to Spring Break, I'd like to reflect on the accomplishments of our students this year. It has brought me great joy to see the progress that our students have made, both academically and socially. I'm hoping to see this same maturity in our last quarter of the school year.
We have many opportunities to fulfill volunteer hours. Our school will be sponsoring a booth along side our sister school, FORZA Child Development Center, at the Parrish Chili Cook-off on March 25th. Those of you that come out to support us, we'll give you 2 volunteer hours! It's a lot of fun!!
We also have the 5th and 6th grade Spring Formal Dance (April 14th). We will need chaperones for this. The PCAFFA will be holding their annual car wash on April 15th; also needing volunteers!
Our 1st Annual Gala is quickly approaching on April 22nd. Any donation to the grade level baskets that will be up for auction or if you attend the event (tickets are $50/ea.) you will be receiving volunteer hours as well!
I haven't even mentioned the events we have in May! Please make sure to check in with your teacher and ask for ways to help earn your volunteer hours while we still have time.
Lastly, on a different subject, we will be opening our new entrance AFTER SPRING BREAK. Please pay attention to the map and directions given. Those that normally pick up in the bus loop will continue to use the original entrance and exit the same way. Those that pick up in the back loop will need to use the new entrance at the light and will be directed through the new lot and pick up at the back car line. You will exit through the new exit/light.
