David is celebrating his 25th anniversary in July - congratulations to David and Barbara! And, their eldest son just received his Masters degree from Chapman University - and the best thing? He already has a job lined up! Congratulations to Matthew!

Pete is celebrating 42 years in the HOA industry and 15 years as a PCAM - now that is an amazing achievement!

We'll be unveiling ART, our new AI assistant, very soon. ART's goal is to provide an even faster response to our homeowners for specific types of requests.

While a newsletter might not be new, this is our fresh approach to how we communicate with you, share information that affects your communities, and help you get to know us a little better.

2024 got off to a great start with our 1st Annual Board Member Appreciation & Info-Cational Event. It was a great event attended by our Team Members, Board Members, and Vendor partners. We're already planning next year's event so, Board Members, stay tuned!

In this edition, we're excited to share highlights from our Board member appreciation event, important legal updates impacting our communities, summer tidbits, and some good news.

Erik Larson is one of my favorite writers. This particular book is about the lead up to the Civil War and it will have you enthralled from the first page. This book is so hard to put down, you won't get any sleep! Erik Larson is a master of narrative non-fiction, seductively blending facts with story-telling. His books will have you wondering, "why didn't I enjoy reading about history in high school?
