Today we INTRODUCE EVERYONE to CONVENTION 2022. 

WHAT IS THE THEME OF THE CONVENTION?

The Convention addresses two themes:

• An environmental theme - A panel of guest experts will discuss what needs to be done in order to protect the diminishing quality of our lake water due to wetland drainage.  This session is chaired by and sponsored by Ducks Unlimited.
• A sharing of everyday management - A number of our cottage communities will share their tales about managing their community's challenges. This Members' Fair will include stories from resort villages, from organized hamlets, and from RMs.  

WHEN IS THE CONVENTION HAPPENING? 

The 2022 Convention is scheduled for Friday & Saturday, October 14/15.

WHERE IS THE CONVENTION HAPPENING? 

The 2022 Convention will be hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Saskatoon (90 - 22nd St. East). To reserve your room, call 877-496-5816, toll free. Guest rooms, either double queens or a single king can be reserved for $143.20 per night.

  

WHAT ARE THE CONVENTION HOURS?

The Convention opens Friday morning with registration from 9:00 to 10:00 am at the Garden Centre Ballroom.  There is an attached parking lot (fees charged) alongside the hotel.

• FRIDAY, Oct. 14th has a full day of programs beginning at 10:00 am and concluding with a Happy Hour Social Event, followed by our Annual Banquet, in the evening.
• SATURDAY, Oct. 15th has a half-day of both Annual and Regional Meetings, beginning with breakfast at 7:15 am. and concluding after lunch. 

WILL THERE BE ANY SPECIAL PROVISIONS for COVID?

Our large meeting area will allow for lots of space between tables and between seats at the tables.  The wearing of masks is at the discretion of participants.  The hosts at the registration desk will wear masks and encourage registrants to use the hand sanitizer provided at the registration desk.

HOW DO YOU REGISTER FOR CONVENTION?

You send an email to parcs@sasktel.net in which you:

• State the name & address of your Cottage Community.
• State the number & names of delegates who will be attending.
• State that a cheque has been forwarded as per: 
• $225 for each delegate from a MEMBER COMMUNITY
• $250 for each delegat from a NON-MEMBER COMMUNITY

As soon as your cheque has been received, you will receive an email reply indiating the number and names of delegates who are registered. 

Meanwhile, we encourage you to make your hotel reservations, if needed.
