Message from the Executive Director | |
Dear PALM Family,
As we joyfully welcome the arrival of March, we also embrace the season of Spring and the promise of new beginnings it brings. This is a time for growth, rejuvenation, and the beauty of nature awakening once again.
In addition to celebrating the vibrant energy of Spring, we also honor the observances of Ramadan, Passover, and Easter, which bring communities together in reflection, gratitude, and celebration of faith.
March is not only a time for embracing the changing seasons but also a month of significance in various aspects. We proudly recognize March as Women's History Month and National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. To mark these important occasions, we have a series of engaging events planned throughout the month. From enlightening talks to interactive activities, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
I invite each of you to join us in celebrating the spirit of Spring and participating in our upcoming events. Additionally, please mark your calendars for our Virtual Caregiver Forum scheduled on March 14, 2024, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. This forum is thoughtfully designed to provide valuable resources for caregivers and recipients, fostering a supportive community.
For additional information on PALM's programs, please check the Activities Schedule in this newsletter and/or our website, www.palmseniors.org.
As we spring forward into this new season and embrace the opportunities it brings, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and participation in our community.
