The PALA Fall Conference Expo will not only attract many of your current customers, but it will also give you the opportunity to talk to attendees to expand your customer base and get brand recognition for your product. Due to space limitations at the Wyndham Gettysburg, the PALA Fall Conference Expo is a tabletop display exhibit show. There are no exhibit booths. Full pop-up booths may NOT be used with your tabletop.
SCHEDULE:
Oct. 9 - Set Up: 9:30pm-2:30pm | Expo Opens: 3:00pm |Welcome Reception Honoring Keystone Award Winners with Exhibitors: 4:45pm - 6:00pm
Oct. 10 - Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks with Attendees | Expo closes after Break (1:45-2:15pm) with vendor prize giveaways | Tear Down: 2:30 pm
Exhibit Booth Registration Includes:
- "2" Conference registrations, break & reception (Oct. 9) and breakfast, lunch & breaks (Oct. 10).
- Exhibit table and 2 chairs
- Customizable company exhibitor listing on mobile conference app
- Link to company’s website in promotional emails
- Company description on PALA website
Does Not Include:
Electric for Booth ($75) and additional company reps ($125 per person).
Cancellation Policy:
A $250 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations received in writing by Sept. 9, 2024. Cancellations received after Sept. 9, 2024 are non-refundable.
