PACFA Town Hall Meeting Notice
New Rule Requirements
On March 16, 2023, The Colorado Agriculture Commission approved new rules for PACFA that will require all licensed facilities to have a written contingency (emergency) plan, will require shelters and rescues to have a written behavior and enrichment plan for dogs and cats in their care, and will require any PACFA licensee who transports or imports pet animals to have a Disease Control and Treatment (DCAT) Plan.

Once the rule becomes effective on May 15, 2023, all PACFA licensees subject to the new regulations are expected to be compliant with the plan requirements.
Join the virtual Town Hall Meeting to learn more about how to comply with and implement new rule requirements.
