Antonio Munoz: Dependable, Hardworking, Helpful

Whether it be a holiday or the early morning hours, MCWD employee Antonio Munoz, System Operator II, always answers the call to serve the Districts needs. Antonio is a crucial Operations and Maintenance team member where he uses his strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to assist in any emergency.


Working on several large, in-house rehabilitation projects in both water distribution and wastewater collections, Antonio helped expedite each project's completion and renew the aging infrastructure.


In addition to his daily work, Antonio holds professional certifications in:


• State Water Resources Control Board - Water Treatment Operator Grade II

• State Water Resources Control Board - Water Distribution Operator Grade III

• CA Water Environmental Association - Collection System Maintenance Grade II

American Water Works Association - Backflow Assembly Testers & Cross Connection Specialist


Antonio’s calm and cheerful demeanor makes him a pleasure to work with, and he is well-liked by all. His ongoing commitment to helping his coworkers is an asset to the organization. It is with great pleasure that we recognize and congratulate Antonio Munoz on his five years of outstanding service to the District, and we look forward to many more years together.

The District reminds pet owners that loud fireworks can be very frightening to pets, with a risk of them becoming spooked and running away. Consider putting your pets in a safe, escape-proof room or crate during the upcoming 4th of July celebrations, and please keep your pets safe.
