OUTREACH Prayer Update
June 2015
-
-
Our church planters depend on the prayers and encouragement of God's people. OUTREACH NORTH AMERICA provides this monthly prayer letter to inform you of some of their specific needs and praises so you will know better how to pray for them. Thank you for your prayers and the interest you show by your phone and e-mail responses. Your prayers truly encourage your church planters. (See the bottom of this e-mail for a summary of all the mission churches included in this update.)
-
-
In general
- Pray for the meeting of General Synod the second week of June.
- Pray for our church planters, interns and mission churches?that they have a great summer of outreach and mission.
- Pray also for their families.

Pray
- We move to Kingston Ontario the first of July, but are now beginning to make contacts. Pray for the Lord?s grace as we begin to build a core group for this new church plant.
- Pray for the Lord to provide a suitable location for us to worship and serve as a church.
- Pray for our God to pour out His Holy Spirit upon this city that He would bring a conviction of sin, righteousness and judgment in order for the gospel to meet the poor, mourning and meek souls who are hungering and thirsting for the living God.

Praise
- We are continuing to see God work very powerfully in the lives of some people to whom we have been ministering. We are seeing them grow in Christ and align more of their lives with Him.
- Some of our people are taking more seriously their place as missionaries to their friends and co-workers. They see themselves as those who are ?sent.?
- I am seeing some very needed ?next steps? for us. I believe taking these steps with our attenders will pay big dividends in creating a disciple-making culture that will multiply!
-
Pray
- We have some core people that will be moving this next month. We will feel their loss greatly. Please pray that God will bring others to fill the void!
- We realize this is a year in which we need to grow numerically. We have solid leadership that is being gown, as well as good systems in place. Pray for God to bring numerical growth - growth from the harvest field!
- It has really seemed like the enemy is attacking those who are in our leadership team, so that they are distracted with some pretty major life events. Pray for the protection of our leaders at Renew, as well as for them to walk in Christ?s priorities!
