Provide remote employees with training to help them adjust their workstations while they are sitting right at their desk!


By the end of this training, you should be able to:

  • Adjust your chair to fit your body
  • Position your keyboard, mouse and screens
  • Set up your workstation so you can work in a comfortable position
  • Know when and how to get moving


The course includes some pre-work, which allows the facilitator to better understand the furniture that is being used. It is a gamified training experience, where participants earn points for improving their workstation.

The handout includes a score card, measuring assist, a quick reference guide, and a few exercises on a postable sheet.


This session is two hours in length; the fee is for one session.
