HIV Health Services

Want to know your status? Link into prevention options, such as Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and condoms, and achieve viral suppression or an “undetectable” viral load. Currently, you can access our health services from home, through Telehealth.

Emergency Housing

Need a safe space to stay now? Our Emergency Housing Program (EHP) is designed to provide up to 21 days of emergency housing and transitional case management services.

Behavioral Health

TruEvolution Behavioral Health provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy focused on affirmative, sex-positive, culturally-competent, and trauma-informed care to address mental and emotional health needs, especially for the LGBTQ+ community. Currently, you can access our health services from home, through Telehealth.

Volunteer Opportunity

HELP OUT OUR SUPPORT GROUPS

Currently, we are looking for two volunteers to help facilitate our emotional support group and HIV+ support group.
