Spanish Support Group:

The schedule for the Spanish Support
Group has changed to every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Grupo de Apoyo:

Nuestro grupo de apoyo, Mano a Mano, ha cambiado de horario. En vez de juntarnos a las 6pm cada jueves, nos juntaremos el primer y tercer jueves de cada mes a las 6pm.

Behavioral Health

TruEvolution Behavioral Health provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy focused on affirmative, sex-positive, culturally-competent, and trauma-informed care to address mental and emotional health needs, especially for the LGBTQ+ community.

Project Legacy

Project Legacy is a public-private partnership between the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside and TruEvolution. This community campus will not only create 49 beds of transitional housing, but also be home to on-site primary healthcare services, a mental health clinic, a workforce and job training center, harm reduction services, a fitness center, and a community garden. This wrap-around facility is in an effort to meet the needs of our region's most vulnerable communities -- those experiencing co-occurring conditions, chronic homelessness, and exacerbated co-morbidities.
