Grilled Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. ground turkey*
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
