How Many Times Can That Be Recycled?

Composting help: We could use someone to take charge of our compost bin at church. It is located beside our trash bin on the far side of the fellowship hall. We need someone to turn the contents over occasionally, oversee what gets composted, and see that enough wet ingredients get added.
