About Training

Dance N2 Shape Founder, Tina B. is expanding the Dance N2 Shape family in a big way! For the first time ever, Dance N2 Shape Instructor Training is being held -- for a limited time -- ONLINE! Yes, you can learn to teach the Dance N2 Shape model where ever you are by taking the course online. Because this is such a memorable moment in our history, we are offering our first online group a very special rate that will never be offered again!

Teaching Dance N2 Shape classes are a great way to earn extra money while staying in shape.  Its the perfect part-time job as you can set your own hours, promote your classes and have loads of fun while getting a great workout! Instructors have the awesome task of motivating participants to push past their comfort zone and reach their fitness goals all while having fun!  Nothing can be more rewarding than helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle. Now you can be the FIRST to offer Dance N2 Shape in your city or state!

The first step in becoming a DNS Instructor is to register for our Dance N2 Shape Online Instructor Training course.  It helps if you've already taken a Dance N2 Shape class before or if you have previous experience teaching group exercise classes.  If you've never taught a fitness or dance class, not to worry! Many successful instructors were former students who did not have any teaching experience and Tina B. is here to teach you everything you need to know!
