Where's My Order from the January Gift Show?

Sometimes orders don't ship. We have manufacturers who are great at telling us what is needed, and we have some, well let's just say, they could use some improvement.

The most common reason is that terms are not given, and they need an updated credit card.

Next most frequent reason is that "paperwork is required" and needs to be signed by you.

Sometimes all that is missing is your Resale Certificate or Credit Sheet.

We also have some stores where email addresses are either incorrect or outdated.

Lastly - Spam. Many of us check Spam infrequently or not at all. Manufacturers may have reached out to you for what they need to ship your order, but it's sitting in your junk mail.
