Dear Berryessa Community,
BUSD remains steadfast in its commitment to ongoing improvement, prioritizing our students and making decisions that reflect their academic needs and best interests. As part of these efforts, on April 17, 2024, our Board of Trustees selected the members of the Berryessa Union School Consolidation Advisory Committee.
The purpose of the committee is to conduct a thorough review and analyze school sites across the District and to identify those that may be considered for
consolidation due to reduced necessity for school purposes. The committee will be discussing topics such as:
- District and school enrollment trends
- Conditions of facilities
- School configuration models
- School closures and/or consolidation options
- School boundary realignments
The committee will develop recommendations regarding school closures and/or consolidations that will be presented to the Board of Trustees in the late
fall. The committee held its first meeting on April 25, 2024. Please see future meeting dates below.

Meetings begin at 6 pm and will take place at the district office.
