We are praising God for miraculous recovery and we know that He will bless her health so that she will be stronger than ever! | We can't thank you enough for attending our Higher Love 80's Dance Party event on February 18th! Over 140 of you joined us for this celebration of God's love. If you missed it, this joyful night included a wonderful buffet dinner, lively fun, a photo booth, a sweets table, an hysterical emcee - Comedian Kerri Pomarolli, a powerful speaker about God's Love - Myesha Reynolds, a time for one-on-one prayer, and the best 80's dance band in the city for an hour of dancing and music. The night was a beautiful partnership with FPCH and it ROCKED! | | |

It’s OSCAR Season!!! The Academy Awards is the largest event in the Hollywood Film Industry and we want to be praying! In fact, HPN has an “Oscar’s Prayer Walk” on the Thursday before the awards ceremony, right outside the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland and we walk the red carpet and pray for everyone involved in the event - including the press, nominees, news anchors and security guards. Join us for our Oscars events....

Uncompromising Christians
We praise God for Mark Wahlberg and other celebrity Christians who won’t compromise their faith, even with the pressure from other peers who don’t get it. We need to pray for Mark and others, who love God and don’t have a Christian community of co-workers, associates and friends. Let’s pour God’s love, strength, joy and wisdom over Mark, so that he can physically feel the difference without even knowing why!

Jesus Revolution- A Box Office Hit!
The theatrical film, Jesus Revolution, was a huge success as #1 at the Box Office this past Opening Week-end, showing in 2,475 North American theaters. If you haven’t seen it, be sure to watch Lionsgate's Jesus Revolution from Kingdom Story Company, which took in approx. $15.525 million, significantly over-performing their pre-release estimates for the film which were in the $6-7M range. The Erwin Brothers tell a powerful true story of the start of the Calvary Churches in the 1970s through the Jesus Hippie movement in Southern California! Keep praying for Alec Baldwin
Last Friday, New Mexico First Judicial District Attorney's Office dropped the gun enhancement charge -- a crime that would have carried a maximum five-year sentence if convicted -- against Alec Baldwin and the “Rust” armorer Gutierrez-Reed, in the accidental shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins during production. Let's continue to pray for Alec to experience God's peace and hope during this time.

Pray For a Fair Agreement!
Pray for a looming Writers Guild Strike as the WGA and DGA head into talks for contract negotiations with the AMPTP (The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers). The negotiations begin March 20th and they hope to come to an agreement before the current contract expires on May 1st. Please pray that the Writers Guild and Directors Guild and the Producers will all miraculously come to a fair agreement so that it’s a Win/Win.

The Producers Guild of America had their 34th Annual Awards Ceremony this past Saturday and Everything Everywhere All At Once won BEST PICTURE. We ask you to pray for all of the Oscar nominees (below) because most years the PGA Awards foreshadows the Oscars.

Deepest Sympathy and Prayers
Please pray for Ryan Fellows’ family, who have sued the TV network and studios behind “Street Outlaws: Fastest in America,” after Fellows suffered a fatal crash while racing another driver, in August 2022. The wrongful death lawsuit claims the race did not meet “any of the industry safety standards” on a “dusty, weather-beaten, rough asphalt roadway” in a desert outside Las Vegas. Warner Bros. Discovery and Lions Gate Entertainment are among the media corporations named.

Please pray for iconic actor Bruce Willis and his family. They just announced last month that Bruce has frontotemporal dementia and is having trouble communicating. BIBLE JOURNEY SCHOLARSHIPS
Joyce and Brian Doylan would once again like to offer 10 annual pre-paid scholarships on a first-come basis for anyone in the HPN who would like access to Bible Journey for their individual or small group Bible study.
Bible Journey is a unique study tool of the entire Bible with ~2000 videos, many of which are filmed on location throughout the Holy Lands. All they would need to do is request a scholarship from the Bible Coalition, a non-profit which supports individuals who request scholarships.

IPHONE FILM FESTIVAL
Reimagine is sponsoring a unique iPhone Film Festival to premiere new works at the Cinelounge West Hollywood on April 2, 2023.
Participation is open to anyone to submit a short film or video (5-15 minutes) shot on iPhones around the theme “Leap of Faith.” Films can be any genre (documentary, comedy, drama, spoken word, music videos, etc.), and film/video makers of all skill levels are encouraged to submit their work. Films will need to be submitted via online link (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) by Thursday, March 30th at 5 PM. There is no entry fee.
