Acting for a Change
Senior Improv Group
June 18 ~ 1 to 3 pm

Join us for series of  improvisational workshops to be scheduled throughout the summer under the direction of Linda Richmond.  She will lead participants through developing characters and scenarios from their imaginations and experiences to improvising a play around
common themes. No prior acting experience is necessary and there is no script, so you don't have to learn lines!

A play developed from these summer workshops will be performed for the community at the Library in the fall. Please call the Help Desk at 986-1047, ext. 3 to register for the workshops.  This program is open to all seniors residing the WVCSD.

Thursday, June 18 at 6:00 pm
Join Theo Meth for provocative discourse and stimulating conversation on the nature of the mind and the process of spiritual awakening.  Using focused self-inquiry and guided Buddhist meditations, we will explore the blocks and pathways to personal growth and self-realization, piercing through layered beliefs and judgments to reveal an underlying universal truth.  Register here.
