Using Lean In’s Women at Work Collection—a leadership program designed specifically for women, by women—you’ll discuss topics such as navigating burnout, dealing with microaggressions, and effectively negotiating for what you want. Lean In Circles will help equip you with new strategies to thrive in the workplace and beyond.
This commitment is for 6 months, with an estimated 2-3 hours per month to organize, promote, and host the monthly circle. At each monthly Circle meeting, you’ll dive into a different topic, ranging from confidence building to combating bias to being an ally for other women at work. Lean In has teamed up with leading experts to create videos and discussion prompts to guide your discussions. Each module includes group learning through either moderator-led presentations or videos to frame new concepts, followed by individual exploration such as a journal exercise or exploration of data/stories to bring the concepts to life, and the majority of the time focus on guided discussions in small groups to reflect on learnings. An overview of the program is enclosed for further information.
