On behalf of Worry Free Community and Al Nahda, a free and charitable clinic is now open to all residents! Our services include non - emergency care, pediatric care, men and women health, school physicals and more! Be-Well Clinic is open every Tuesday - check calendar for timings. Location: 9741 Southwest Highway, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 To schedule an appointment: 630.868.3639 Be Well Clinic Grand Opening: The afternoon consisted of networking, a few remarks from our guests, a tour of the clinic and a ribbon cutting ceremony!
