We are excited to announce enhancements to the Operator Portal application, accessible via Izon. Fleet Status is designed for customers with connectivity services onboard their aircraft, allowing them to monitor network availability and aircraft connectivity status in real time. You can get detailed alerts on planned and unplanned connectivity outages that may impact current or future flights, as well as have the ability to set up usage threshold notifications. These tools give you the necessary insights needed to make informed decisions and better serve your passengers.
Operator Portal gives you direct access to your fleet’s flight status, moving map, and connectivity status, along with health monitoring in real-time and historical assurance data for previous flights. You will have access to receive cyber information, outage information, and be able to set up usage notifications.
Starting next month:

All tails with Viasat KA will have been added to Fleet Status, allowing you to view coverage map overlays and real-time and historical assurance data.

All tails with ANY connectivity service will be able to set up usage notifications.
