THE STRIPED COW

Highest-quality, 100% grass-fed beef, in a full range of cuts. We run a herd of Belted Galloway beef cattle on our farm in New Milford, as well as on two other leased properties in New Milford and Kent in the rolling hills of Western CT.

PEBBLES BAKERY

An assortment of breakfast and light sweet treats (scones, muffins, madeleines, Viennoiserie) and big and small desserts, walnut cakes, loafs, and special French blueberry tart (tarte aux myrtilles) and a couple of strawberry-rhubarb tarts (last of the season). We may have a few savory tarts such as ricotta-spinach tarts. We are a French-spirited bakery. Local and organic, using free-range eggs, quality butter, pure cane sugar with no additives or coloring. Done by hand, no industrial pre-made ingredients.
