ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL THIS WEEK

WEEKLY ADULT BIBLE STUDY: GENESIS

Sundays | 10:45 am Room 202 and Zoom

Begin your Bible adventure with us as we dive into the book of Genesis. We get to meet all of our favorites all over again from Eden to Egypt. Contact Marshall Cummings for details and the Zoom meeting link!

WIRED WORD

Sundays | 11:00 am | Room 203 and Zoom (not meeting October 16)

Wired Word will not be meeting this week. Instead, we encourage class members to attend the Hunger presentation by Jayne Prohaska at 10:45 am in Mission Hall. Since the issue of hunger is often related to our class topics, this is a great opportunity to learn more and see how we can be involved. Our class will resume on Oct. 23, at our regular 11:00 am time in Room 203 or by Zoom. Contact Ed Spence at eespencejr@gmail.com for more information.

Jayne Prohaska will share with us her experience with St. Mary’s Food Bank. She has extensive knowledge about how St. Mary’s has worked on meeting the needs of the hungry throughout Arizona. SOCIAL JUSTICE BOOK STUDY

Tuesday, October 18 | Noon | Zoom

In I Think You're Wrong (But I'm Listening), two working moms from opposite ends of the political spectrum teach us that politics don't have to divide us. Instead, we can bring the same care and respect to policy discussions that we bring to the rest of our lives. Join authors Sarah from the left and Beth from the right as they teach us that people from opposing political perspectives truly can have calm, grace-filled conversations with one another. This month we will discuss Chapter 2. Contact Pastor Kelsy to sign up.

Gratitude Project
