Terms: Cash, good check with proper ID, credit or debit cards. There is a 15% buyer's commission and 6% MD sales tax. Everything is sold in “AS IS” condition. All sales are final. Payment for purchases must be made immediately by contacting Auctioneer once you receive an invoice by email. Removal is by appointment at Springwood Farm starting Friday 25 August @ 10am.
