Slotkin Lab Bringing “Big Idea” to Market


Potentially game-changing technology developed by the Slotkin lab was chosen as one of the first projects of a National Science Foundation/NobleReach Emerge partnership to help commercialize innovative research. Tackling Toxicity and Strengthening Cereals


Andrea Eveland, PhD, is part of a new international project to combat aluminum toxicity—a threat to global agriculture exacerbated by climate change. Supported by the National Science Foundation, her team will conduct new research into maize and sorghum with the goal of developing more resilient cereal crops. Read more.
