Truth in Education is committed to bringing the latest updates on Title IX to the attention of all.
This past Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court declined the Biden-Harris Administration's request to throw out the current injunctions against Title IX in certain states. These injunctions allow these states to refrain from implementing the new Title IX changes.
As you may recall, the Title IX rewrite equates boys with girls, allows unfairness in sports against girls and women, and puts all girls and women in an academic setting in danger of emotional and sexual abuse. It also forces anyone on a school property to use "preferred pronouns" and affirm the unreality of the transgender movement, against their religious and free speech constitutional rights.
The Biden-Harris Administration continues to force this radical ideology on vulnerable populations. Parents need to be aware of the dangers that await all students in the overwhelming majority of U.S. public education institutions.
This latest rebuff of the Title IX rewrite by the Supreme Court only applies to 10 states, to include Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Idaho, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia. This means these states are protected from having to follow the Title IX changes.
As of now, the Title IX changes are not in effect in the state of Georgia due to a separate injunction, but be prepared for the Biden-Harris Administration to challenge the injunction currently in place in Georgia and other states.
Truth in Education will continue to keep you updated on this crucial story as changes occur.
