The 2nd Annual Chesed Project: Showcasing ECC's Acts of Loving Kindness
Tomorrow, Friday, April 8, 8:00-10:00 AM
Join the children of the ECC and their families as they participate in Sara and Samuel J. Lessans Good Deeds Day. The ECC community will be decorating and filling snack bags for homeless families, and assembling lunches for the working poor, among other service activities. The children's classroom
tz'dakah projects will also be on display.

For Parents and students (rising 8th through 12th graders that attend secular schools); Shoresh Hebrew High School builds a strong foundation for students to become critical thinkers about Jewish heritage, to find a sense of shared community and destiny among all Jews, and to meet the challenges of American Jewish life. Shoresh also has an arrangement with the Ulpan Program at the JCCGW that an enrolled Shoresh student can take a Hebrew Ulpan class for only $100 a semester. We are saddened by the recent death of Luayne Schwartz z'l, mother of Steve Schwartz
(Elana Cohen) and grandmother of Adina, Ezra and Lila, on Sunday morning, March 27. The funeral was held in Massachusetts. Shivah was observed in Massachusetts and locally.
May God comfort all who mourn for Luayne Schwartz, and may her memory always be for a blessing.
