2022 Ohio Region Spring Meeting and Awards Dinner

Hey, Ohio Region patrollers! The 2022 Spring Meeting is happening Saturday, April 30, 2022, in Columbus, OH, and we hope you're able to make it.
Since it's been two years since our last meeting, this is a great chance to highlight outstanding service from patrollers and celebrate the end of another season together, in person.
Here are all the details:

Location: 
  • Brookside Golf & Country Club, 2770 W. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43235 Ph: 614-889-2581
Business Meeting:
  • 10:30am - 3:00pm: Business Meeting for Ohio Region Programs and Board
  • Lunch provided for required participants; others are welcome to attend the meeting, lunch is available for $25 for observers
  • 3:00 - 5:00pm: breakout groups
Dinner/Banquet:
  • 6:00pm: hors d’oeuvres and cocktail hour, Grand Ballroom (hosted by Mad River Mountain Patrol)
  • 7:00pm: dinner buffet
  • 7:45pm, following dinner: awards presentation and celebrations
Dinner Menu:
  • Appetizers: Bruschetta, Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Teriyaki Cocktail Meatballs, Grilled Chicken & Garlic Crostinis
  • Tickets will be provided for two drinks, cash bar after that
  • Dinner buffet: Salad, Rolls, Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Broccoli & Cauliflower, Chicken Marsala, Cajun Roasted and sliced Pork Loin, Cookies & Brownies; Vegan options available
Hotels:
  • There are a variety of hotels close by for those that wish to stay Friday and/or Saturday night in Columbus. Brookside is located in the Northwest area of Columbus near both the Rt 270 Outerbelt, and Rt 315. (Hotels around the event)
