National FCCLA First Vice President: Grant Hubley
Grant Hubley, 2023-2024 Ohio FCCLA President, was recently elected as the FCCLA National First Vice President at the 2024 National Leadership Conference in Seattle, Washington. During his time in FCCLA, Grant has competed in several different competitive events, participated in national programs, and partner contests. He is extremely excited to further FCCLA's programs throughout the next year. Grant is a junior at Anthony Wayne High School – Penta Career Center.
The National Executive Council has the following responsibilities:
- Review the aims and objectives of the national program of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America.
- Recommend the establishment of programs, projects, and activities.
- Plan the program for the national meetings sponsored by the national organization.
- Conduct the official business of the organization at the National Leadership Conference.
- Interpret and advocate the goals and program activities of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America to groups and individuals within and outside the organization.

2024 OATFCS Summer Conference
The Ohio Association Teachers of Family and Consumer Sciences invite you to attend the 2024 OATFACS Summer Conference on July 29-30, 2024, in Lewis Center, Ohio! The OATFACS Summer Conference provides professional development opportunities designed specifically for Family and Consumer Sciences education teachers looking to excel in the classroom, boost their Career Technical Student Organization, and strengthen the field of Family and Consumer Sciences. Attendees will receive up-to-date professional development training, share ideas, and network with other Family and Consumer Sciences teachers from across the state.
