Announcement

REMINDER: Apply Now for the HCPF Criminal Justice Collaborative


HCPF is seeking applicants for the HCPF Criminal Justice Collaborative.


The Collaborative will ensure robust stakeholder participation to provide ongoing feedback in the development of criminal justice projects including: ARPA 8.10 - Criminal Justice Partnerships, Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) 5121 - Juvenile Justice Transition Support, and the 1115 Re-entry Waiver.


The Collaborative will meet monthly beginning in February to provide feedback on presentations, reports, and work products.


Please complete this application by Friday, Feb. 9, 2024.


Applicants can apply to represent the following groups:

  • Jails


  • Providers - Physical Health, Behavioral Health & MAT


  • People who have been incarcerated

  • Informational Memo - Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Transition to New Rules and Regulations (Jan. 30, 2024) : The purpose of this Informational Memo is to inform stakeholders of the adopted changes to the Code of Colorado Regulations (10 CCR 2505 – Volume 8) and how those changes will impact surveying completed by the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
  • Informational Memo - Public Notice for Spring 2024 1915(c) Waiver Amendments and Renewals (Jan. 31, 2024) : The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) invites the public to comment on proposed waiver amendments to six (6) of Colorado’s Home and Community-Based (HCBS) waivers: Persons with Brain Injury (BI), Elderly, Blind, and Disabled (EBD), Children with Life Limiting Illness (CLLI), Children’s Home and Community-Based Services (CHCBS), Community Mental Health Supports (CMHS), Complementary and Integrative Health (CIH). HCPF also invites the public to comment on the waiver renewals of four (4) of Colorado’s HCBS waivers: Supported Living Services (SLS), Developmental Disabilities (DD), Children’s Extensive Supports (CES), Children’s Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP).

Community First Choice (CFC) Council Meeting


The Community First Choice (CFC) Council is in place to collaborate with and advise HCPF on the design and implementation of a CFC option in Colorado. Primarily made up of individuals with disabilities, those 65 years or older, and their representatives, the council’s experience and expertise will help ensure that CFC is implemented in a way that best meets the needs of Coloradoans with disabilities.
