To help REALTORS® navigate discussions with their clients, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) created the Consumer Guide to Offers of Compensation. This resource covers the process and options available for offering compensation to a buyer’s agent and why this may be a compelling strategy for sellers to consider when marketing their property.

Help raise money for local charities by buying flowers for yourself or a loved one from the NEXUS REALTOR® Community Service Committee. This annual Fall Mum Sale offers extra large, field grown Mums in a variety of colors at $10 each or a planter of assorted colored mums for $35.

Order forms are due by September 20th, 2024 and are to be sent to kgwara@nexusaor.com. Flowers will be available for pick up on September 27th, 2024.
