Our Commitment to Comprehensive Exit Planningexit
More and more clients are asking us what they should be doing now so they are prepared when it comes time to exit their business. The business attorneys at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny are committed to being proactive in assisting business clients and their other professional advisors in developing a comprehensive exit plan as part of their overall business plan.

Part of this commitment involves simply introducing clients to the concept of exit planning and educating them on various strategies that can help them achieve their personal goals.  As a start, we will begin sending out periodic articles on the subjects relating to exit planning. We hope you will find these articles informative and that you will feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss any of these subjects further.  Of course, if you don't wish to receive these articles, please feel free to "unsubscribe" or simply let us know you are not interested.

We will also be sponsoring small seminars or panel discussions on various business succession topics that are of particular interest to our clients.  We would urge you to invite your accountant and other professional advisors to join you.  We believe exit planning is best played as a team sport, and we look forward to the opportunity to work collaboratively with all of your other advisors.

Above all, we view our new commitment to comprehensive exit planning as an opportunity to hear more about your business, and to helping you figure out a succession strategy that best suits you.

We look forward to helping you Raise The Bar for your business.

Reaching For Gold In BusinessGold
The timing is right to focus on your business' financing needs.  If your business is currently financed by its own operations or owner's funds, consider adding some external leverage.  If your company currently has a lending relationship, consider refinancing it.    Regardless of how you have been "always" financing your business, it makes sense to revisit that practice from time to time so you can be sure that the business is taking advantage of its strengths.
