Speaker: Patty Murphy shared her journey from crafts to sewing clothes to quilts. She loves to explore value and vibrant colors. Many of her creations are not planned as she enjoys the experience of seeing what happens and ending up with something fun. She had a book published in 2016 called Piecing Makeover which provides help with precision piecing and blocks which don’t behave. She has another book on the way with an expected release date of November 2024.
Show-and-Tell: Five members shared five projects.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:55 pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Lian Monikowski
