10th Annual
It’s crazy to think that our annual SPINNING GENEROSITY event is almost 2 months away!! Can you believe it?!?! And sign ups are almost here too! On Monday, October 18, we will open registration for our 10th annual Spinning Generosity!! After taking a year off in 2020, we are EXTRA excited to welcome all of our riders to LizFit for what we anticipate will be the best year yet!

LizFit x UNH CHAARG
In September, LizFit collaborated with the CHAARG program at UNH by conducting Spin and Kickboxing classes (taught by Nancy and Deanna) for 20 of their members!

"CHAARG aims to ignite a passion for movement in college women. Too many college women rely solely on the elliptical for exercise. Our mission is to “liberate girls from the elliptical” + show them that fitness can [+ should!] be fun… + that working out is better with friends!"
