How long have you been taking class and/or how long have you worked at studio?
I started taking class the first week the DC studio opened during  the summer of 2011! And I started teaching 5+ years ago!

Where are you from/where did you go to school?
I was born in PG County and grew up about an hour from DC in Sykesville, MD. I moved to DC to go to GW in 2007.

Outside of Bar Method, what do you do/like to do?
I am the Head of Operations and Tour Guide for DC Insider Tours ( www.dcinsidertours.com). You might spot me outside the studio down at the National Mall leading tour groups and getting a terrible t-shirt tan!

What is your best tip for someone new to Bar Method?
Let yourself be new! I often hear newer clients apologize for not knowing the exercises, or see them stressed out over being adjusted throughout class. Your  teacher does not expect you to know how to do something you've never done before! We know you are new and want to help you through the process of learning the form. Just give it your all and be open to adjustments, and you will be a pro in no time!


TUCK OR TREAT 2017 IS COMING!

Halloween is quickly approaching!  Costumes are STRONGLY encouraged in class on Tuesday, 10/31!  We will award a prize for the best dressed client in each studio and have candy for all!
