For this shop you will be making a call to the number that is attached to your assignment and setting up an appointment for someone to come out and give you an estimate on new ______. You should not have to pay any type of fee for your quote/estimate but if the location tells you there will be a fee, please reach out to your scheduler and we will check into it for you.
To be eligible for this assignment you are REQUIRED to be a home owner (NO trailers, mobile homes, etc.), and your roof MUST sincerely be in the condition that you would have a legitimate need for considering replacing it.
Phone Call:
It is your responsibility to check the times the location is open before you make your call, to be sure they are open.
Please make your call to schedule your appointment, immediately, no matter your scheduled date.
You can live anywhere near the location, but if you call and the Company does not cover your area, let your scheduler know immediately and they will un-assign the shop for you {no pay/no penalty}.
If you make the call and you do not reach a live person, please leave a message. If there is not a voicemail set up for you to leave a message, then please try back again in 30 minutes. If you are still not able to reach a live person, try back one more time, 30 minutes later. If you still do not reach a live person, enter in the form, the date and times you called on the question appropriated for this. Then, you will reach out to your scheduler and let her know. You will be paid $5 for your efforts and we will remove the assignment.
If you make your call and must leave a message and wait for a return call, please wait 2 business days for the return call. If you do not receive a call back within those 2 business days, please try again in the morning of the 3rd business day. If you do not receive a call back by the end of the 3rd business day, then reach out to your scheduler and let her know. You will be paid $5 for your efforts and we will remove the assignment.
Once you have made your initial call, please go into the form and answer the appropriate questions in the phone call section and save your report, so we are aware that you are working on your assignment and we do not un-assign the shop from you.

In Home Visit:
You will need to have a blocked out time of 2 hours before the appointed time and 2 hours after the appointed time, in case the tech is late or the appointment runs a bit over. Usually, the actual appointment should only take about 1 hour.
When the tech is at your home, it is very important that you ask these questions as there is a question in the form that will ask.
1. Who will do the actual installation work?
2. Are they employees of the company?
3. What insurance do they carry in the event there was an accident at the home?
4. Do you do background checks on everyone that will be working on my home?
If the tech is a no show, then please call the company and find out what happened and if they can come back out. If you are not able to make the new appointment, then let your scheduler know.
