Good Afternoon St. Stephen Families,

Today I had the pleasure of welcoming two new "employees" to our school. Lauren and Wilma are freshman students at Cristo Rey High School and as part of the school's work-study program, they will be working here for the remainder of the school year. Lauren and Wilma will be here every Thursday and will be helping in the office, library, and assisting teachers as needed. This is a great opportunity for the school and for two students. We are very excited to have them here.

Today was also an exciting day for our PK students as they had the opportunity to visit the pumpkin patch. I visited the PK3 class when they returned and they told me about the good time they had. One student couldn't wait to tell me that his humongous pumpkin was the biggest of them all!

Please be sure to read through the entire newsletter to stay informed.
