October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Breast Cancer is fairly common, affecting roughly 200,000 people in the US alone. While it is more common in women, it can be more dangerous in men as they may not realize they can develop breast cancer. This can also lead to higher male mortality as they detect breast cancer later than women. You can read more about Breast Cancer and what you can do to help fight this cancer here!
