Hi all,

Well, we are into October and I hope you're enjoying the crisper weather and fall colors. It's time for pumpkin and apple picking, hay rides, and of course Halloween. It's also a great time for outdoor exercise such as walking or running, biking, and sports like golf, tennis, and pickleball. Our bodies are meant to move, so put those athletic shoes on and go for a good walk as you breathe in the cooler fall air. It is invigorating! If you are not moving well due to pain or stiffness, give a call and let's get you feeling better. Take care and stay healthy!

Yours in good health,

Dr Dave
