Friends, let's finish Respect Life Month strong by coming together to pray, learn, and celebrate so we can go forth united in Christ to truly create a culture of life.

Join your pro-life family this October 29, 30, and 31st to be enriched, encouraged, equipped and sent out together as missionaries of the Gospel of Life.

Respect Life Month School Initiative
To aid in educating our students and families about the dignity of all human life from conception to natural death, our Catholic schools have announced a special initiative for Respect Life Month. Under the leadership of the Archbishop and Superintendent, all Catholic schools have been encouraged to appoint a Respect Life Representative  to serve as the primary contact and liaison to the Archdiocesan Respect Life Office. We will build on this effort in years to come, including the development of Respect Life clubs in every school.

This year the initiative includes age-appropriate curricular materials and an Archdiocesan-wide Baby Bottle Drive contest benefiting the Respect Life Pregnancy Help Centers from October 15- November 15, 2021.

Prizes for the schools that raise the most money per student include:

Elementary Schools:
$2,500 First Prize, $1,500 Second Prize, $750 Third Prize

High Schools:
$2,500 First Prize and $1,000 Second Prize

“Every child in our Catholic schools deserves to participate in the Respect Life education campaign and have a baby bottle to take home as an object lesson to discuss further with their families.”
– Mr. Stephen Colella, Cabinet Secretary of Parish Life
