International Day of the Girl 2018
Today is International Day of the Girl! International Day of the Girl recognizes girls’ rights and the unique challenges girls face around the world. At Girls Inc., we believe girls have the right to be safe, respected, and valued. They have the right to access education, pursue meaningful careers, and excel as leaders in their schools and communities. Yet, every day, in communities across the U.S., girls encounter significant obstacles to their well-being and success.

Macquarie Investment Management
Charity Classic Raises Over $137,000 for Girls Inc.
We are honored to have been selected as the 2018 Macquarie Investment Management's Charity Classic Beneficiary for the second year in a row! With the help of the Macquarie Group Foundation, this annual event has raised more than $2.1 million for well-deserving nonprofit organizations across the Philadelphia region since its launch in 2005. Held on October 8, 2018, the Classic raised over $137,000 for Girls Inc. The funds raised from the annual Charity Golf Classic will enable us to launch EUREKA!, a transformative Girls Inc. STEM-based approach to engaging and empowering 8th-12th grade girls to see themselves as an important part of the workforce of the future. THANK YOU MACQUARIE!
