Cancer survivors will be our models for this special event.

Art Walk

Join us downtown on Thursday from 5pm-8pm for the Art Walk! We will have 
Michael Olson who has lived and traveled all over the world before he came to Wyoming in 1992. Currently, Michael serves as chair of the Casper College Visual Arts Department, where he has taught ceramics since 2005.  He has been a ceramicist for over 20 years, and maintains his own ceramics studio, Dusty Road Studio, with his wife, Amber.

Serrano Honey Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium sized chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/2 Lb. White or Crimini mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 broccoli crown, cut into flowers
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Vita Sana Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Vita Sana Serrano Honey Vinegar
  • Crunchy Chow Mein noodles
  • 1 cup rice, cooked

Directions:
  1. Saute chicken with garlic olive oil until done, set aside in a bowl.
  2. Add the broccoli, onions and red bell peppers to the pan and saute until warmed through, but still crunchy.
  3. Place cooked chicken back in the pan and add the Serrano Honey Vinegar. Cook, while stirring until all the ingredients are coated and the chicken is heated through.
  4. Serve alone or with the cooked rice. Top with Chow Mein noodles.
