As we start another AEP, all of us at WellSense want to thank you for partnering with us in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of the Granite State. Broker360: Your Online Resource


Our agent portal, Broker360, remains your one-stop shop for all the resources you’ll need throughout AEP. The average enrollment transaction takes just five minutes when doing so through the portal. Other tools are available there as well, such as the ability to submit a health risk assessment in order to qualify for an extra $100 in compensation on your next commission check. Broker 360 is also where you can manage your book of business, review your commission statements and download WellSense enrollment materials.

SilverSneakers: Fitness for Everyone


Our new SilverSneakers benefit is available through all of our 2023 Medicare Advantage plans. Through this benefit, our members will have access to popular fitness class locations stretching from Keene to Berlin, including dozens of popular locations throughout the Merrimack Valley and Seacoast regions. Membership to SilverSneakers also includes online classes and on-demand video fitness guides, ensuring this benefit helps even those who may live in more remote areas without a participating SilverSneakers location nearby

Continuity of Care: Member Prescriptions


To help you best support your members’ transitions to one of our Medicare Advantage plans, we are providing you with the following information regarding how they can get their prescriptions filled in the event that they don't have their ID card available. They can share this information with their pharmacy in order to fulfil any of their covered medications beginning on their effective date.
