Conflict Resolution Clinics @ Community Boards
Working With Differences
with Perri Franskoviak, Ph.D. - Jane Steinberg, MFT - John O'Grady
Online: Friday, October 23, 10:00am-12:00pm PDT
Systems-Centered® Theory states that all living human systems survive, develop, and transform from simple to complex through a developing ability to recognize differences and integrate them.
After a brief exploration of the theory, participants will learn and practice a method of integrating similarities and differences in all human relationships. See Systems-Centered Training & Research Institute at
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
  • Practice a new method for exploring similarities and differences within conflicts without immediately moving to resolution.
  • Identify driving and restraining forces in subgrouping as a method for working the conflict.
