Chart Topping Hawaiian Band Embark On Massive U.S. Tour
Tempe, AZ - On Thursday, April 28th, The Green performs at Sail Inn. Their two-month U.S. tour began March 1st. The Green's self-titled debut album was named iTunes Best Reggae Album of 2010. thegreen808.com
The Green were awarded best reggae album at the 2011 Hawaii Music Awards. They played three shows in February supporting Nas & Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley on the Distant Relatives tour.
Formed in 2009 in Oahu, The Green blends roots reggae with traditional Hawaiian vibes. Their debut album has sold 17,000 copies, and includes the hit song "Love I."
