Dear OST Community,

I always enjoyed the arrival of November as an OST provider. Program has welcomed new staff and youth, habits are becoming best practices, and group agreements have set the norms, values and beliefs of the community. The first few months of program shape a culture that will guide actions and decisions moving forward. How is the culture of your program guiding decision making with youth and families; do they feel a sense of belonging? How is culture guiding your interactions with staff; do they feel valued and supported? Does the importance of culture within your program make you value the culture of the larger community your program operates in?

This November, my first as OST Learning Institute Coordinator, I have the privilege of hosting the OST Learning Institute Appreciation Luncheon; for individuals who took a deep dive into their learning journey through the 2021-22 training series:

The OST Learning Institute is pleased to provide introductory recorded trainings. Along with the recordings, participants are provided study guides and slides to support learning and reflection. After completing the training, submit the quiz to receive
